(1) Evidence of road accidents is an information system of the Police Force under a special regulation, which leads to the purpose of obtaining information on the state of the accident rate in the Slovak Republic and the provision of data from this evidence. (2) For the purposes of record keeping in the records of road accidents is considered a) the person killed a person who died in a car accident hazard report form or its consequences within 24 hours after the accident, b) difficult person injured person in an accident suffered severe injury, 33) c) easy person injured person in an accident suffered another injury to such difficult unless one-time treatment that does not require specialized treatment hazard report form or incapacity, d) loss damage suffered by the vehicle hazard report form or other property in an accident hazard report form or in connection with, the amount of which determines hazard report form an estimated cop who carries out the inspection of the place of accident.
