From September 1, 2013 it will be possible to allocate separate registration number containing the letter C vehicles that are not approved for operation in road traffic when used for agricultural work or forestry work at the request of its owner. Such vehicles include, in particular homemade tractors and trailers as well as trucks car check up beekeeping.
The operator of the vehicle still was not allowed in road traffic to operate a vehicle that has not been approved for road traffic. To do this it is necessary to submit an application with the following information: a) name and surname of the owner, the date and place of birth and residence address, if a natural person, b) the name and address of the owner of the vehicle identification number, if legal person as well as personal data under subparagraph a) the person acting on behalf of the legal person, c) basic specifications of the vehicle, the first mark, trade name, type, type, category, car check up vehicle identification number and name of the vehicle car check up manufacturer if these data can be identified as the second length, width and height of the vehicle d) picture of the vehicle car check up from the front, side and rear e) justification for the request, including the anticipated route and time of use of the vehicle in road traffic, f) date and signature of the applicant.
Traffic Inspectorate subsequently register the vehicle and assign it a special registration number that can be assigned car check up up to three calendar years and to certify it. The application is subject to an administrative fee per piece registration plate of 33 euros.
Such a vehicle could be used on the road III. classes, local roads and private roads for unimpaired visibility. If citizens need a vehicle to use on other roads, traffic inspectorate must apply for a permit exceptions whose extradition is already free.
